- Delivery Time: International orders can take up to 14 business days, depending on the destination.
- Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for customs, duties, and taxes.
3. Shipping Costs
- UK Mainland: Shipping rates depend on weight and size, displayed at checkout.
- International: Costs vary by country and are shown at checkout. Customs fees are not included.
4. Delays and Issues
- Unexpected Delays: While we aim to meet the specified times, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs, carrier issues) may cause delays. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.

5. Insured PC Shipping and Compensation
- Insured Shipping: We offer insured shipping for PCs at an additional cost. This covers compensation for any loss or damage during transit.
- Standard Shipping: Please note that our standard shipping does not include any compensation for lost or damaged packages. If you choose standard shipping, HarvellTech is not liable for any compensation in the event of loss or damage during transit.
6. Customer Responsibility
- Correct Address: Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct. HarvellTech is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses.
- Missed Delivery Attempts: If delivery attempts are missed or the package is returned to us, additional shipping costs may apply for resending the package.
7. Right to Cancel and Delivery Delays
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if your order is not delivered within 30 days, you have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.
